Quotes and pricing

Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. Pricing may adjust based on pallet grades, material availability, or fuel surcharges. We will confirm any changes before shipment.

Deliveries

Delivery windows are coordinated with customer dispatch teams. Missed appointments may incur redelivery charges. Responsibility for pallets transfers upon delivery unless noted in contract.

Recycling and buyback

Buyback credits are issued after on-site grading. Recycling services require clear access for equipment and may involve additional charges for contaminated material.

Liability

Stockton Pallets is not liable for consequential damages arising from pallet misuse. Our liability is limited to the value of the product or service provided.
